Remove unfair competition clause in 1.iv

Just as with trademarks, the intention is that unfair competition
claims (false advertising, misleading labeling, etc.) are not being
waived, abandoned, surrendered, licensed or otherwise affected.
Renumber the remaining sections.

Don't repeat copyright propaganda terms

Update the definition of Affirmer

This changes the definition of Affirmer so that it can be a person or
organization of any kind or type, not just a person.

Fix incorrect word in 7a

In this section "the present or absence of errors" should read "the
presence or absence of errors"

Simplified the sentence about renaming the WPDD if it's changed

"So as to avoid potential confusion..." became "To avoid potential
confusion..."
