Thank you. I agree that it's not helpful to be repeating
copyright propaganda terms. I've applied your patch with some changes
of my own:

* I reworked the first paragraph in the Statement of Purpose to refer
to copyright holder instead of author. The author and copyright
holder are not necessarily the same and, in this context, I think
copyright holder is what's really intended.

* I made some changes from "an" to "a", given the change from owner
to holder.

* I removed the deletion of the reference to paragraph 4(a). I'm open
to this idea but it's a separate discussion for another thread so
let's have that there:
